Unfortunately, there is no workaround for this problem but Sony has reportedly fixed it.Īpart from this, there have been other problems in-game that troubled the players: However, when this issue emerged they were disappointed that they had to buy the game at the actual price again on PS5. Ever since PS5 was released, players have been opting for the cheaper upgrade from PS4 to PS5 versions of different games which is a smart move. The store was mistaking Ghost of Tsushima: Legends as part of the Director’s Cut which inevitably prevented players from upgrading the game at low rates. The problem reported was that when the players tried to upgrade the game, the store was not allowing them with the reason that they already own the “Ghost DC Trial Tracker” which was the name given to the Legends mode at first. Players who redeemed the PS Plus version of the game were not able to upgrade the Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut to the PS5 version. One of the biggest issues of the game came to light when the PS Plus version was released. The game’s downloads increased drastically and along came some issues as well. Recently, in March’s lineup of free PS Plus games, Sony rewarded PS Plus owners by putting Ghost of Tsushima: Legends in the month’s free games. This excited the fans who now had a chance to play the online multiplayer mode without purchasing the solo campaign. However, following the growing popularity, the developers decided to have a standalone release of the game. The online version was first available for free to those who possessed the original Ghost of Tsushima solo campaign. However, games that feature online modes come with problems, and Ghost of Tsushima: Legends was not free of them as well. In this version, players were free to choose between different classes once they have unlocked them and had the opportunity to upgrade their Ghosts to better equip them for fights of various difficulties. Shortly after its release, the studio decided to bring forth a multiplayer version of the game which they named Ghost of Tsushima: Legends, in which players all around the world could enjoy team and solo modes in an entirely different story. Gamers were thrilled to see a samurai in combat with kunai, standoffs, and other amazing attributes which could be seen in the game. The game quickly gained popularity due to what it had to offer. Ghost of Tsushima is an immensely detailed solo action game with bloody and ancient combat featuring different classes of fighters Samurai, Hunter, Ronin, and the Assassin.
